Antics - Fone Freestyle Session in Brazil with Julian Hosp
Even if the filming of the footage has been quite some while ago, I finally managed to edit a pretty cool Freestyle Video! Thanx to Mike Schitzhofer and Patrick Dippel for the filming and Thanx to Martin for doing all the graphical work!To get some info on the title:

Fone Surfboard Test 2011 - Fish, Signature, Surf, Minimalibu, SUP & Gun
Fone is very famous for their extensive range of different surfbaords and also fort he year 2011 we have revised and improved all models! Since we will have 6 different lines of boards in different sizes I want to give you a short sum up, so you can better choose of what suits you best!All surfboards are manufactured out of very high-quality bamboo, which grows astounding 20-30 cm a day till it is 4m high. And evene though we are really working the boards hard on and off the water, neither me nor Mitu or any of my team members managed to break one yet… This proves their quality!
The 6 surboard lines all cost 789€ and consist of the Fish, Signature, Surf, Gun MiniMalibu and the StandUpPaddle Boards. I will start from small to big, so I will go off with the Fish…

Fone Skate Sk8 2011 Test
The Skate (Sk8) is Fones Strong Wind Board, or a board for lighter riders such as kids or women. Compared to the the Sk8 from 2010 the new 2011 is pretty similar, except for the graphics and fins, which I had already explained in the Acid report 2 days ago, as the board had been such a great success over the last year, we did not want to change to much, just as Never Change a Winning Team…With the big scoop rocker the Sk8 is easy to handle even in strong wind or big chop. Hardly ever you will be over powered. You defenitely feel the difference if you ride the Trax or Acid first, and then try the Sk8. You will need way more power in your kite now... so it is perfect for strong wind spots such as Fuerte, France,...

Acid 2011
As I am THE Acid Rider from Fone, I will start with presenting my absolute favorite board! The Acid is the board-to-take for the Freestyle oriented rider, who needs high performance, high speed, hard flex and good pop!Compared to the 2010 model, aside of the new cool graphics, 2 main things were changed: First of all, the new Acid got the same successful carbon X that the old Trax already had. The additional carbon in the center of the board provides less flex in the middle, but more in the tips! This results in a better pop, more control and higher speeds without loosing too much comfort…

Fone Bandit4 - The Full Review
Since Fone puts all their money into one kite, there is the possibility every year, that this plan goes all wrong, or they produce the next Big Cash Cow! Of course this is always a little nerve wrecking when we all get to test the kites at the Dealermeeting. But I can assure you, the Bandit4 will once again be the top kite to beat!!!The graphics are very similar to the Bandit3, since Fone wants to have a clear recognizable line. The 2 main differences (aside of some several small ones) are the almost rectangular tips and the kite has only 3 instead of 5 struts. This results into the main improvements of the flying abilities:
