International Team FONE

After having been on the Carved Team for 3 years and over one year on BEST, I now wanted to make a long term decision for my future. I have never been sponsored by Slingshot and now I was looking for a great Team with a respected name and awesome kites and Boards.

This was not very easy and it basically reduced all my choices down to one brand: FONE. The French brand has produced lots of furors with the latest-technology-introduction of the Bandit-Dos. The kite was supposed to be the perfect kite for every rider, no matter if for freestyle, freeride or in the waves. I have to admit, that me as an old C-Kite rider, that I was not really convinced that such a big change of a kite could come up to my expectations, even though I have never even tried the kite… But in Denmark on the water and now while snowkiting I was able to test the Bandit-Dos in all the conditions and push it to the limit!

And I am impressed. The kite IS INDEED perfect. This kite will make me perfectly happy, providing me perfect freestyle and wave qualities and enabling me to freeride as wished. I am 100% convinced that this kite will make everyone of you happy, but better go out and try it for yourself! I am riding the Fone Acid as the board, it is just perfect for Freestyle. But they also offer a wide range of Freeride-, beginner-, and Surfboards, so everything from A to Z!!!

After having some emails and phone calls with Raphael Salles the boss and the German distributor Alex Korb we got into the perfect cooperation and I am now being integrated into the International Team. I wanna thank Roy Zoon and Sven Hohmann for helping me out interimistically with the Fuels and I also wanna thank SU-2 for my Promodel. I wish you all the best for the future!

My future with Fone will be shining… Try the Bandit-Dos or one of their boards and you will understand why. In Austria Charly Meraner is the importeur, so have a check on his page! LETS HAVE SOME GREAT TIME!!!!!
