Fone TX 2011 Testreport

The TX from Fone is our Beginner-/Intermediateboard and is one of the easiest and also most successful board on the market. All riders who are at the beginning of their kiting and who have ambitions to improve their riding will benefit the most from this amazing board!

Compared to the the Trax from 2010 the new 2011 is pretty similar, except for the graphics and fins, which I had already explained in the Acid report yesterday, as the board had been such a great success over the last year, we did not want to change to much, just as Never Change a Winning Team…

The board feels pretty deep in the water and is thereby very calm and forgiving. It planes surprisingly early and has still good power! Compared to the Acid, the TX is way easier to ride and stays in its track a lot better, however it has never the same performance. Compared to the Trax which I was presenting yesterday, the TX is more forgiving and targets more beginners than the Trax as the ultimate Allround board!!

The board is 649€ and is offered in the following sizes:

134x39cm
136x40cm

Tonight I will have a spotlight on the board for strong winds: SKATE!!!
